Marisols Hair Question

I have two questions about Marisol's hair.

#1.My marisol has short hairs in the back of her head in the middle. Do any of yours?

#2.If Marisol retiers can you get a new wig for her if for instance the wig falls of or her hair starts falling out really bad because one of the strings broke.

My Marisol has the short hairs in the back,and she still looks pretty.After a doll retires,they still have her head arounds for a couple of years,until they run out.
